The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Personnel Qualifications.
