Any damages caused to the items during delivery on this contract shall be replaced and/or repaired to its original condition at no additional cost to the U.S. The contractor shall perform a test run and adjustment to ensure the floodlights are functioning properly upon delivery. The contractor shall provide basic operational training to U.S. Government's Japanese employees at the time of the delivery. The contractor shall deliver Floodlights with Diesel Generator directly to each location in Japan as follows. Kure Pier 6 (1 EA) Akizuki AMMO Depot (1 EA) Hiro AMMO Depot (1EA) Kawakami AMMO Depot (1EA) Notes: Note 1: These floodlights shall be delivered four (4) locations in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must perform a test run and adjustment to ensure the floodlights are functioning properly at each location in the country of Japan.
