The contractor shall repair fire pump by replacing five (5) foot valves and related piping including bolt, nuts and packing with new items the same as existing or equal items. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Personnel Qualifications.
