The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards, practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional certification for the entire life of this contract. A copy of the certificates or permits must be submitted prior to contract award. Electrician License, 2nd Class License or Higher (?????????)
