The project manager must possess Gijyutu-shi (equivalent to Professional Engineer) for the subject matter. Minimum qualifications of key personnel shall include possession of land surveyor (Sokuryo-shi) or equivalent. The contractor shall provide copies of the licenses/certificates prior to award. Note 1: This procurement will be performed entirety in the country of Japan.
