The procurement of the Assa Abloy access control system essential to establish and maintain standardized access control across the unaccompanied housing (UH) at Camp Zama. Standardizing on ASSA ABLOY eliminates these inefficiencies, avoids a substantial duplication of costs to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and ensures a unified, secure access control network for all UH facilities. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.
