This requirement for replacement of aging railroad crossing system is a part of the maintenence under the agreement. Due to the circumstances described herein, this activity requests authority to acquire a replacement service deemed sole sourced to East Japan Railway Company as No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
