## Description

**Description:** This requirement is to purchase, integrate, and install one (1) Automated License Plate Reader console, i.e., Avigilon Surveillance System, including ten (10) H6A Bullet Cameras, two (2) H6A PTZ, and one (1) Dual Headed Camera as well as one (1) Avigilon Control Center (ACC) Video Management Software and one (1) NVR5 Workstation, for 374th Security Forces Squadron, Electronic Security Systems (374 SFS/S6), Yokota Air Base, Japan.

**Site Visit:** A site visit will be conducted at various buildings and gates at Yokota Air Base, Japan, at 09:30 AM on 27 Aug 2025, Japan Standard Time (JST). Please refer to the “Notice of Offerors” in the solicitation package for details.

**Offer Due Date/Time:** 08 SEP 2025, 02:00 PM, Japan Standard Time (JST) If you have any questions, please respond in writing to Contract Specialist and/or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement by e-mail by 03:30 PM on 28 Aug 2025 (JST).

**NOTE TO OFFEROR:** THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION IS TO OBTAIN PRICING FOR ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT FUNDED AT THIS TIME, BUT HAVE REQUESTED TO RECEIVE FUNDING THIS FISCAL YEAR THROUGH FALL OUT FUNDS, PRIOR TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2025. YOUR QUOTE MUST REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS DATE. THEREFORE, NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS QUOTE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
