## Description

**Amendment 0001 has been issued on 23 May 2024. Please refer to the attachments for details. This is an Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the 374th Contracting Squadron . The Government requires the services conducted in the enclosed Performance Work Statement (PWS). By submiitng a quote in response to the RFQ the offeror accends to all conditions and requirements enclosed.

The entirety of services will be conducted in Japan, and disposal of all waste accumulated through performance is to be conducted through the laws and regulations of the local munincipalities in Japan. A site visit is planned for 13 May from 0900hrs. All contractors intending to attend the site visit are to contact the contract specialist Miya Nemoto and the contracting officer Benjamin Warren with the number of planned participants and whether or not they will require an escort.
