## Description

**General Description of Services:** The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management supervision, quality control and labor necessary to perform maintenance associated with lease for a vehicle assigned to Camp Zama, United States Army Garrison Japan (USAG Japan) as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), in accordance with commercial practice and Japanese law. The Contractor shall provide a vehicle that meet the vehicle specifications.

**Lease Period:** Basic plus 2 Option Years. Option to Purchase Equipment is included.
