## Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR A MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. This is to identify potential and eligible sources that can provide services for the subject requirement. Firms that are interested in this requirement are requested to respond to Mr. Yuma Kato, Contract Specialist, by email at yuma.kato.jp@us.af.mil and Ms. Sonomi Yoshihashi, Contracting Officer, by email at sonomi.yoshihashi.jp@us.af.mil by 1400 hours, 20 Apr 2023 (Japan Standard Time) including the following:

(1) name and address of firm;

(2) a point of contact with name, title, phone, fax, and email; and (3) CAGE (NCAGE) code and Unique Entity ID (formerly DUNS number), if available.

**DESCRIPTION:** The Contractor shall serve as the primary celebrant at Masses, sacramental celebrations and other services as scheduled by the Yokota Air Base Catholic Chaplain or his designated representative. In addition to celebrating Mass, the Contractor will be required to hear confessions prior to each Mass, and perform at any Sacramental services as requested by the Catholic Chaplain or his designated representative. See the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.

**LOCATION OF PERFORMANCE:** Yokota Air Base (Fussa-shi, Tokyo, Japan)

**EXPECTED PERFORMANCE PERIOD:** TBD This notice is for informational purposes only and is not considered a commitment by the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to solicit and award contracts nor does it obligate the Government to pay potential offerors for any costs incurred for their participation in this sources sought/market research.
