## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source Requirement. The 35th Contracting Office at Misawa Air Base, Japan intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) and DAFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 3572, the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901). The associated NAICS code for this is 334290. The sole-source contract will be awarded to:

Not only is it the only vendor that has a product that meets the requirement and specification needs but it also meets the connectivity requirements to operate within the AF network.
