## Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation assets, documentation, and materials necessary to perform freight shipping services between the islands of Saipan and Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). The Contractor shall provide recurring pickup, transport, and delivery of government-owned materials and supplies under a BPA structure. This service may include full container loads, loose cargo, and hazardous materials requiring documentation.
