Vehicles must be in good, safe operating condition, free of excessive soil, rust, and damage, and must be a 2019-year model or newer. All vehicles shall meet national and state safety requirements and include, at a minimum, the following safety features: seat belts, rear-view mirrors, windshield wipers, parking brake, horn, and a factory-standard emergency repair kit.
