## Description

The Contractor shall deliver cadavers, perfusion services, and all required accessories in both controlled tabletop sessions and dynamic training in cold to extreme cold weather (0F to -40F) environments to provide SOCNORTH subordinate elements with the highest fidelity medical training available and enable cold weather pre-hospital medical training objectives IAW with the PWS.
