## Description

Phase I of this contract is currently being completed. This posting is regarding phases II and III of this project.

**Phase II:** • Utilize the field survey to develop a corrective action plan for the hangar doors. • Corrective action plan shall include development of a complete proposal to include 1) technical approach, 2) pricing, and 3) schedule for Phase III corrective actions as described below. • Corrective action plan shall take operational considerations into effect and shall include incremental actions, if possible, to provide minimal functionality to meet operational needs prior to the implementation of final corrective actions. • NOTE: Air Force Approval of the corrective action plan is required prior to advancement to phase III.

**Phase III:** • Perform any required engineering and procurement activities in advance of field door work. • Field implementation of the door corrective action plan to remove and replace hangar door components as prescribed to return the doors to service and return complete functionality for their intended purpose. • Phase III shall include compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. • At the completion of corrective actions, final operational testing confirming the doors operation will be performed. This testing will be witnessed by designated Air Force representatives.. • User training for the door operation and maintenance will be performed.
