The blower should include chute lights, blower lights, ice cutters and 120\" fixed steering vanes.The equipment purchased is required to be prefabricated to withstand Arctic environment conditions, temperatures below -40 degrees Fahrenheit. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
