Update Attachment 4 Dumpter locations to remove Ben Eielson High School and Field The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Municipal Solid Waste Collection at Eielson AFB, Alaska. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
