The anticipated ordering period is 1 June 2026 through 31 May 2031. This requirement includes a brand name purchase for both GSB-78 and GSB-88 (ref: Brand Name Justification). These products can not be ordered and shipped, as they are mixed, kept in specialized containers and used immediately when needed. Furthermore, the CSS-1 product has to be a minimum temperature when acquired by 773 CES so the product flows and sprays properly. JBER does not currently have the means or capacity to store and heat any products on a continuous basis, apart from the small volume contained in the HAZMAT Gov tanker.
