The manufacturer was able to confirm the ability to provide the items of the requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). The anticipated award date is 10 May 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. Sole source awarding has been determined to be in the best interest of the government to maintain the new systema ability to communicate with other system upgrades of flight simulator training already in use per the proprietary aspect of this software.
