## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:** The 673rd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price, single source commodity contract to Resolution 3D LLC. The scope of work will include creating a software module to the already existing stand-alone educational Virtual Reality interactive component configurator and flow simulation software for SEI (Special Experience Identifier) school training and orientation.

The process involves creating an interactive educational experience for an ABFDS (Aerial Bulk Fuel Delivery System) system layout and flow simulation tester. Users will be able to manually load up the ABFDS system on the aircraft, in this case, a C-130 Hercules aerial platform, by placing components such as pumps, fuel bags, and associated Plumbing Assemblies in the aircraft's cargo hold.

This interactive will assist airmen in preparing for remote operations, such as island chain contingency operations, to meet the needs of the US Air Force in delivering fuel to remote areas. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511. The manufacturer was able to confirm the ability model to provide the items of the requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i).

The anticipated award date is 21 June 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed. Deadline date for the submittal is Monday, 17 June 2024 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

A determination by the United States Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the United States Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
