## Description

Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, 673d Contracting Squadron/PKB, proposes to award a new sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) “bridge action” contract with to the current Local Telecommunications Services (LTS) contractor, GCI Communications Corporation (GCI), UEI: L5ANNJF4BKS5. The current contract number FA877319PA001 has a performance period 1 Mar 19 - 31 Aug 24. Bridge Action necessary to maintain continuity of JBER essential services as new contractor (AT&T) phases in.

This action is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The new contract period of performance (PoP) will be for 121 calendar days (four (4) month base period (1 Sept 24 to 31 Dec 24). The CLIN structure and performance requirements for the new contract will mirror the structure of the current contract (Contract No. FA877319PA001). Action follows the requirements IAW DoDi 500.74, DAFFARS 53.02.101, 5306.303-1-90 & reporting in the AFCC Bridge Action Reporting Tool.
