## Description

A sole source award was made to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. on Aug 30, 2024 for the purchase and installation of a new CPU (EMC7). This was a repair by replace technology upgrade and due to the proprietary ownership of MONACO hardware and software, competition could not be provided for. While other equipment may be able to meet the customer’s required technical specifications, it has not been verified to be compatible with the existing Monaco System for the specified integration request.

Therefore no other products from other manufacturers would offer the same functionality. IAW FAR 6.305(a) The agency shall make publicly available the justification required by 6.303-1 as required by 10 U.S.C. 3204(f) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(f). The justification shall be made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. Attached is a single source justification for the Monaco equipment, dated 12 July 2024.
