Installation of a new fire suppression system. Demolish and dispose of Masonry Wall. Provide concrete landing with ABA compliant metal railings. Disposal of entire existing composite roof and replace with new metal roof. Replace various windows, doors, and floor coverings. Room 111, demolish and dispose of all existing steam boiler. New emergency lights throughout facility. Full restroom renovation. All IAW the statement of work (SOW).
