## Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposal. However, all responsible sources that can adequately fulfill this requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Following the responses received by the associated Sources Sought, FA489724S004, the 366 Contracting Squadron intends to solicit an Oral Request for Quote (RFQ) and enter into a sole-source contract to Ouraring Inc. for seventy (70) generation 4 oura rings and associated lifetime software subscriptions (Military Core Package).

A firm fixed price contract is expected to be awarded on or around 01 January 2025. A draft copy of the required Specifications can be found on SAM.gov under the related Sources Sought Notice.
