## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 366th Contracting Squadron at Mt. Home AFB, Idaho, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Aerostar International Inc. as a result of them being the authorized distributor / manufacturer of the required Dry Suits per Technical Order 14P3-5-111-2.

This purchase order will be completed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.106(b).The anticipated award date is after August 10th, 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit in writing a complete statement describing their ability to provide the product / services listed above.

A determination by the the government not to compete this requirement regardless of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether it is in the government's best interest to conduct a competitive procurement.
