However, all interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit in writing a complete statement describing their ability to provide the product / services listed above. A determination by the the government not to compete this requirement regardless of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether it is in the government's best interest to conduct a competitive procurement.
