## Description

The 705 CTS requires a CCaR Business Analyst with the appropriate experience and “Certified CCaR Administrator” certification to manage the 705 CTS CCaR System database, which includes, but is not limited to, database configuration, daily reconciliation of Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) data, data input, generating various reports as needed, developing and presenting training to users, and providing functional and technical support.
