This is a follow-on effort to procure commercial services for EA-37B/EC-130H/A-10C Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) and Courseware Development (CWD) for the 355th Wing (WG) A-10C and 55th WG EA-37B/EC-130H Compass Call Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona, and 23rd WG A-10C CAT/CWD at Moody AFB, Georgia.
