## Description

The purpose of this action is to facilitate a leadership development training event leveraging the Meaningful Connection Foundations course to support a Wing-Wide event focused on workplace culture transformation leveraging connection and storytelling as leadership tools. The training audience will include all Wing, Group, Squadron, and Detachment leadership teams from across the 505 CCW.
