## Description

This is a sole source award made to Authentic8 Inc. Prior to November 2023, the CN/CTF community was provided Authentic8 Inc. Silo Toolbox licenses through a partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). DIA's contracting agency procured licenses through the Basic Ordering Agreement Number HHM402-20-G-0002. Based on this charaxteristcs of this mission, Authentic8's Silo Toolbox was found to be the only solution that meets the CN/CTF Community's current requirement.

As a result, the Government will award a firm fixed price order to Authentic8, Inc. IAW FAR 16.703 and FAR 6.302-1 from the Virginia Contracting Activity Community's Managed Attribute Authentic8 Basic Ordering Agreement (HHM402-20-G-0002).
