## Description

A firm fixed price contract was awarded IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized, to procure the USAF Publicly Available Information (PAI) Tool Suite (TS) and Baseline Services for HQ ACC/A2.

The USAF PAI TS will enable USAF access to the broad application of PAI to enable intelligence research, operational research, all source intelligence fusion, automation of PAI analytics, and the utilization of feature-rich applications that enable an unprecedented level of operational force collaboration. Contract includes a base period and two option periods (1 April 2024 - 30 September 2025).
