## Description

Amendment 0002 has been issued to extend the repsonse due date to 23 July 2025 and add responses to RFIs

Amendment 0001 has been issued to extend the current response date to close on 18 July 2025 (amendment in attachments)

Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to upgrade three (3) marquee signs on Luke AFB. The project's scope consists of the vendor supplying all products and equipment required to replace the current marquee signs, as well as installation and setup to make the new signs operational. Award of the contract will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please review all documents attached to this RFQ for more information.

**Pre-Proposal Site Visit (6/24/2025):** A site visit will be held on June 24th, 2025 @ 1000 PDT, giving interested vendors the opportunity to visit the performance sites, speak directly with the customer, and take any necessary measurements or photos. To confirm your attendance, vendors must notify the POCs via email NLT June 20th, 2025 @ 1600 PDT. Further instructions will be provided by the POCs after confirming your attendance.

**Request for Information Deadline (6/25/2025):** The deadline to submit any questions related to this RFQ is June 25th, 2025 @ 1600 PDT. Questions MUST be submitted via email to the POCs utilizing the attached RFI Log. An amendment ot this RFQ will be posted within 4 business days after the deadline with a RFI Log containing customer provided answers to all submitted questions.

**Quote Submission Deadline (7/3/2025):** The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is July 3rd, 2025 @ 1600 PDT. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award.

**Notice to Offeror(s):** Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
