## Description

Updated SOW with PDF files of dimensions has been included in the attachment section. Please review and submit your pricing on the attached Solicition document, SF1449. Please also include in your quote a statement that you fully understand the SOW and take no exceptions

Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure sunshade panels for existing TacPad Structure. This requirement identifies sizes and colors of panels listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). Please review all documents attached to this RFQ for more information.

**PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT:** A site visit for this notice will not scheduled. Dimensions, color description with part numbers, measurements and images are provided with this notice. If further information is required, questions shall be sent to the Contracting Officer listed in the notice, only.

**REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DEADLINE (9/17/2024):** The deadline to submit any questions related to this RFQ is September 17th, 2024 @ 1600 PDT. Questions MUST be submitted via email to the POCs utilizing the attached RFI Log. An amendment to this RFQ will be posted within 1 day after the deadline with a RFI Log containing requriement owner provided answers to all submitted questions.

**PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE (9/20/2024):** The deadline to submit a proposal in response to this RFQ is September 20th, 2024 @ 1700 PDT. Vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award.
