## Description

**Notice of Intent to Sole-Source:** The 56th Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Luke AFB, AZ intends to award on a sole-source basis, a contract to AT&T for the Next Generation (NG) 911 System. The State of Arizona has contracted the procurement of the NG 911 System for our region solely to AT&T.

AT&T provides the design, documentation, installation, securing, maintaining, monitoring, and evolving (to industry standards) all call-handling design, architecture, and capabilities for Arizona public safely answering points (Contract #CTR055782, para 2.1.1). As such, AT&T is the only source available to fulfill this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

If your company wishes to submit a response to this notice, all RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 6 JUN 2024 by 11:00 AM MST and ensure you include both POCs listed in this notice.
