## Description

The 355 MXG is requesting the procurement of a UHF Radio in order to communicate between aircraft and maintenance personnel in accordance with AFI 21-101 paragraph 5.2.2.2.2. These radios will ensure reliable communication between aircraft and maintenance personnel, facilitating timely maintenance and reducing aircraft downtime. This enhancement in communication reliability directly supports the wing's mission of maintaining a high state of readiness and operational capability.
