Service the base and 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (309 AMARG) grounds maintenance areas for the 355th Civil Engineer Squadron (355 CES) at Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), AZ. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure grounds maintenance is performed at DMAFB in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
