This is a notice of intent to award a BRAND NAME, sole-source procurement action under NAICS 333994 and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s ability to provide for this Brand Name Requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Tuesday, 15 July 2025 at 7:00AM PST to Contracting Officer Patricia Murray at email: patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil or phone (520)228-3095. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
