AMENDMENT 2 The solicitiation has been ammended in order to:

1. Extend proposal submission closeout timeframe from 10 October 2025 to 14 October 2025 2. Change Proposal POCs to members of the 355th Contracting Squadron who were not affected by the Government Shutdown. AMENDMENT I This amendment is as follows:
