(aka DP, Inc.)) for the procurement of the following items: The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to evaluate, update, and correct video wall display for all Deployment Control Center (DCC) stations. OneVision Solutions (OVS) certified installation technicians are required to perform changes so the content of those devices will present on the video wall directly in front of them.This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) “Soliciting from a single source”. OneVision Solutions (OVS) is the original installer of the video wall display. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source procurement action under NAICS 811210 and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment and associated software. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
