Machine Models as follows: This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) “Soliciting from a single source”. HAAS, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the above listed machinery. HAAS, Inc. has identified a single authorized distributor for all associated factory certified service, repairs, training and applications work. This is a notice of intent to award a BRAND NAME, sole-source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Monday, 17 March 2025 at 7:00AM PST to Contracting Officer Patricia Murray at email: patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil or phone (520)228-3095. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
