## Description

355th MDG are requesting the procurement of a CCTV Security System. Delivery and installation will be at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. Please see the attached documents for further information. Quotes submitted should contain your company's letterhead, contact information, lead time, price breakdown, price total, and SAM information(UEI, Cage, Business Name). Quotes submitted must be valid until September 30th, 2024.

Amendment 1 - Include Attachment D - Floor Plans. Offerors must acknowledge amendment. This can be an email or wording contained in your quote submittal.

Amendment 2 - Extend the quote due date from 12:00PM September 6th to 12:00 PM September 11th. Offerors must acknowledge amendment. This can be an email or wording contained in your quote submittal.
