## Description

The 418 TES is requesting the procurement of a Handheld Spectrum Analyzer to test lab equipment and perform waveform analysis and recording in the field. Refer to the Salient Characteristics attached for minimum features of the analyzer. This requirement will be deliverable to the 418 Test and Evaluation Squadron not physically located at Davis-Monthan AFB.
