The contractor shall provide all the necessary tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and management necessary to support open water pararescue services in support of the 68th Rescue Squadron. The contractor shall provide three (3) crew boats with an option of one (1) extra crew boat. The contractor shall also provide one (1) barge with supporting tugboat for the use of transporting govt equipment and/or personnel. These water vessels shall be provided for a minimum total of three(3) days twice during the year over the months of April and September. The place of performance shall occur at approved locations within 150 nautical miles of Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) or San Clemente Island (SCI), at San Diego California.
