## Description

Amendment 2 Notice The purpose of the amendment of this solicitation is to:

1. Include Attachment 8 - Questions and Answers, Attachment 9 - Nellis-Creech IFS, and Attachment 10-B1005 R103 Dimensions to the solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 1 Notice The purpose of the amendment of this solicitation is to:

1. Update the COMBO to correct due dates.

2. Provide answers to received questions request prior to the site visit.

3. Provide a revised Statement of Workk (SOW) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA486126R0004 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for Bldg 1005 Heritage Room Renovation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. CLIN 0001- Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the renovation of the heritage room located in building 1005, room 103 as defined in the Statement of Work.

The project consists of demolition, wall repair, interior painting, stainless steel wainscot installation, epoxy flooring, cabinetry installation, plumbing upgrades, LED lighting installation, and appliance installation.

**a. Period of Performance:** 150 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt.

**b. Place of Delivery:** Creech AFB, NV c. Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination d. In accordance with R-DFARS 236.204(iii), the magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. ** A site visit will be held on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 1000 PDT. If access to Creech AFB is required, access must be coordinated by Tuesday, 19 May 2026 by 1000 PDT.
