The referenced SOW differs from the SOW that Nellis AFB posted on sam.gov on 25 September 2023. It is important to read carefully. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. This responding parties are solely responsible for any costs associated with their response. The government will not reimburse any company or any individual for any expenses associated with preparation, submission, or participation in response to this notice.
