## Description

This Request for Industry Comments /Request for Information (RFI) is in support of market research being conducted by 99 CONS at Nellis AFB in support of Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering IDIQ in accordance with the draft Statement of Work (SOW) attached. The referenced SOW differs from the SOW that Nellis AFB posted on sam.gov on 25 September 2023. It is important to read carefully. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ).

This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. This responding parties are solely responsible for any costs associated with their response. The government will not reimburse any company or any individual for any expenses associated with preparation, submission, or participation in response to this notice.

The Government may not respond to any specific questions or comments submitted in response to this notice or information provided as a result of this sources sought notice. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award.

If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced later via the Government-wide point of entry and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this notice. Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of a solicitation.

Please complete the attached "Questionnaire for Industry" word document and return via email to corrine.lemon@us.af.mil and angela.mendoza.1@us.af.mil no later than the response date and time identified on this notice. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED, OR ARMS EXPORT CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO OPERATIONS SECURITY (OPSEC).
