The Government is seeking contractor capability related to the Liebert Air-Cooled Drycooler, Model DDO491A, removal, replacement, startup & commissioning and warranty service. This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government is not currently seeking proposals, quotes, or bids. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
