## Description

**Amendment #2:** The purpose of this amendment is to change Attachment 2 - Price Proposal Worksheet. Previous worksheet is outdated. All other terms and conditions of this soliciation remain unchanged.

**Amendment #1:** The purpose of this amendment is to change the due date from 28 January 2026 to 4 February 2026. This amendment also changes the title of the solicitation from Hood and Duct Cleaning Services to Hood and Duct Maintenance. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
