AMENDMENT 0002 - Revisions made to CLIN 0003 / 0004, (amount of pockets and frame), UPDATED DELIVERY INFO: Bldg 4607, 208 South Gunship rd, Cannon AFB, NM 88103, 45 ARO This revision supercedes all previous versions of the description, Please ensure your final quotation reflects the revised quantities and updated specifications outlined.

Cannon AFB, NM requires a four-stage, EPA Method 319 (NESHAP) compliant paint booth exhaust filtration system for its Corrosion Control Facility to meet environmental air permit standards during painting operations. CLIN 0001 (Stage 1 Prefilter Blanket) • Quantity: 15 Each

(EA) • Description: Polyester prefilter blanket.

**Dimensions:** 102" x 90".

**Thickness:** 1–2 inches. Must be Dual Denier (DD) or PPA media (DD309 or DD509 series). CLIN 0002 (Stage 2 Exhaust Pads) • Quantity: 45 Cases (CS) (packaged 20 per case; 900 filters total to fill 896 active slots) • Description: Method 319 Compliant Exhaust Pads.
