## Description

2 July 2025 - In response to vendor inquiries received, 27 SOCONS has revisited this requirement with the Customer to confirm the the Customer's requirement for a Darley Expeditionary Refueling System, per the Brand Name Justification attached to the RFQ. After conversations with both the Customer and Legal, 27 SOCONS has updated the Brand Name Justification with additional information to further clarify that the Brand Name Justification is in the Government's best interest.

Updated Brand Name Justification is attached. All other RFQ details remain unchanged. 27 June 2025 - Amendment 0002 is posted. Please see attached. Quote Deadline Extension Cannon AFB, NM requires an: Expeditionary Refueling System – an integrated system consisting of:

a fuel pump, filter separator, trailer, collapsible fabric tanks (CFT), fuel hoses, fuel hose components, fire extinguisher and all necessary adapters, and hazmat materials. The system is capable of being towed by its prime mover, the Ultralight Tactical Vehicle (ULTV), in and out of a CH-53, and an MV-22. The system is tailored and employed as a fully integrated system and when required, the pump, filter separator, hoses, and components are capable of being operated independently of the platform system.
